Why we built Verta

Because this category is sold on claims that don't survive actually reading them.

The problem with neck massagers

Search the category and you'll find "dissolves cervical vertebrae problems", "clinically proven", "doctors recommend" — on devices that publish no specs and no evidence. We started Verta to sell the opposite way: every spec published up front, honest delivery windows, tension-relief language only, and a published explanation of why we make no health claims.

The honest trade

Verta is designed in Canada and made by a partner factory. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner overseas — which is why delivery takes 8–15 business days instead of overnight. We could hide that and promise 3 days; we'd rather tell you and count your trial from delivery, not from order.

It's also why the price is $74.95 with everything in it — shipping, duties, trial, warranty — instead of $39.99 at the door plus $60 of fees you discover at checkout.

One price, no subscriptions

No refill pads, no membership, no "premium app features". A massage device with a subscription is a business model, not a device. You pay once. The timer stops your session. That's the product.

Who you're dealing with

A small team that answers hello@vertatherapy.com personally. When you email, the person who reads it is the person who can actually issue your refund — no ticket maze, no "escalated to the relevant department".
