What we sell

A consumer wellness device for muscle tension relief and relaxation. It is not a medical device and nothing on this site is medical advice. Read and follow the safety notes (placement, pacemakers, pregnancy) — using the device means you've read them.

Prices and payment

• Prices are as shown on the product page, in USD or CAD. One-time purchase — no subscription, no refill plan, no auto-renew anything.
• Confirmed orders are never repriced. Future orders may see different prices; yours won't.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card data goes to Stripe, not to us.

Shipping, trial, warranty

Delivery windows, the 30-night trial, refunds, and the 2-year warranty all live on one page: 30-Night Trial & Refunds (shipping specifics on Shipping). We keep one source of truth instead of duplicating terms that drift.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid for the device. We don't hide arbitration clauses or jurisdiction games in here — these terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Changes

We can update these terms. The version in effect for your order is the one that was on this page when you ordered — if you need it, email us and we'll retrieve it.
