What we do with your data (short version)
We collect the minimum needed to ship your order and email you about it. We sell nothing to anyone.
What we collect
- Your email, name, and shipping address — to fulfill the order and send tracking.
- Order details (item, amount, currency, order status).
- Your card number: we never see it. Payment runs on Stripe; your card data goes to Stripe, not to us (Stripe's privacy policy).
Why we have it
To fulfill your order, send transactional emails (confirmation, tracking, one review request), and — only if you explicitly joined a list — occasional restock notes. That's the complete list of reasons.
Who else touches it
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Brevo — sends our transactional email (Brevo's privacy policy).
- Our fulfillment partner — receives the shipping label data needed to actually deliver your parcel.
What we never do
Sell your data. Share it with advertisers. Send marketing spam. Reviews are one email per order, sent after delivery, and nothing else follows unless you ask.
Retention and deletion
Order records are kept for warranty coverage and accounting. Email addresses live with our email provider. Want your data deleted? Email hello@vertatherapy.com and it's gone — except what accounting law requires us to keep, and we'll tell you exactly what that is.
Cookies and analytics
The site runs minimal first-party analytics and no cross-site ad tracking. If that ever changes (e.g. advertising pixels go live), this page is updated in the same deploy — we won't quietly change it.
