Free on every order, tracked to your door, and the price on the product page is the whole price.

• Ships in 1–3 business days.
• Arrives in 8–15 business days in the US and Canada.
• Tracking number emailed the day it ships, from hello@vertatherapy.com.

Why 8–15 business days?

Because your order is fulfilled by our fulfillment partner and travels from overseas — we say this plainly rather than dress it up. It's the honest trade behind the price: the same device sold "locally" at a premium charges you for the warehouse it sat in. If a domestic fulfillment move shortens that window, this page gets updated the same day.

Money at your door: none, ever

Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us in the US and Canada. If anyone ever asks you for money when your parcel arrives, that's not us — refuse it and email hello@vertatherapy.com.

Lost or damaged in transit

Email us with your order id. We reship or refund — you don't fight the carrier, that's our problem to own.

Edge cases

We currently ship to the 50 US states and Canada. PO boxes, military addresses, and outlying territories: email us before ordering and we'll tell you straight whether it works, instead of taking your money and finding out.
