Your Verta, on its way

Shipping is free to both the US and Canada. There is no delivery charge at checkout and no minimum order. Canadian orders are priced in Canadian dollars.

Estimated delivery to the US and Canada: 7–14 business days from your order date. This includes preparation and shipping. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in China. Delivery may take longer during public holidays or customs and carrier delays.

A note on additional charges

Import taxes, duties or carrier fees may be payable separately on arrival. For help with charges for your destination, contact us before ordering.

Tracking

We will email your tracking details when your order ships. For delivery questions, contact hello@vertatherapy.com with your order number.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order takes longer to ship than the timing we gave you, we’ll contact you with an update and your cancellation or refund options. Contact us if an order is delayed, missing or damaged.
